Hiring through commercial contract, the staff provide a fantastic service! Flexible and accommodating of any request, Home delivery, collection, drop-offs and pick-ups have always gone without a hitch. All staff are prepared to go the extra mile and Abby and Aled stand out as phenomenal examples of considerate and diligent professional managers. It’s clear all staff pull together at this branch, working together to achieve what seems to be the impossible! Cars are always clean and nothing is too much trouble. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic service, personal and most helpful. Can't praise the local staff enough. Been like this ever since Enterprise Cars opened. Used the service off and on for 8/10 yrs.

I returned the car to Milford received from Birmingham airport. Car damaged, dirty and unfit for hire.  Not sure whether Enterprise are incompetent or intentionally trying to rip me off. disgusting customer service! I am a frequent car hire user, globally.  Enterprise are by far the worst company that I have ever had this misfortune of using.
One star rating as it won't let me give you zero!!!

Be careful and read the small print when agreeing hire, £35 for admin fee for passing my information onto a Traffic team. It's totally unjustified and unreasonable amount for doing nothing. They lifted a finger and costed £35! They make money from you anyway they can!

I have had a car from the Milford Haven branch of Enterprise for the last 7 weeks, due to my car being wrote off (not my fault incidentally :) ).All the members of staff have been absolutely brilliant. They are very helpful, and very accommodating. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of them. They phone you when they say they are going too, and are always professional and very polite. 
I would highly recommend them to anyone using a hire car company, or as a company when you have an insurance issue like myself.
