Found it really easy to use Europcar. Being British with a Spanish driving licence I thought there might be a problem but everything went smoothly. The return process was just as easy. The staff were great.

Very professional service from start to finish. The highlight for me had to be how smooth the customer experience was, which was only made possible thanks to the staff member who served me. I would recommend anyone to deal with Berfu Temel. She was very attentive, well mannered, and incredibly efficient.nnI shall be using this particular branch, and company for rental needs, all thanks to her.
Friendly and efficient staff and an unexpected upgrade. Price was good and car was roomy and clean. However make sure you listen carefully to the t&C's as I was caught out by the insurance. Even though I explained I had my own I was conned into taking out theirs and when I tried to get it refunded they were adamant that I was in the wrong. Customer service not great.
