Booked online but did not pay at the time of booking because the company has the right to refuse on the basis of their security checks and customer history.nAfter booking visited the branch to pick up the car, staff were friendly, they checked my overseas driving licence and International driving permit, some address checks but asked a credit card as well  for security deposit as part of  their security check As I was not living in UK for long, don't have much credit history.nFinally I visited after a while with my credit card issued by a overseas bank, they deducted security deposit from it and deducted rental charges from a UK bank issued debit card, then I was good to go.nThe car available was Nissan Juke 999 CC manual 2024 registered, neat and clean.nAs I booked the car for 2 full days 8 AM to 6 PM next day, but I was able  to get the car at 1 PM instead of earlier booking of 8AM because of the delay, they said I can keep the car even to next day until 12 PM based on their counting a day for 24 hour policy.nFinally I returned the car with a great experience.

Enterprise has one of the high end Amazing cars and best customer service. They are really cooperative and friendly. We always hire from Enterprise.nThis time Ian served us and his customer service was awesome! He also extended our rental by a few hours with no extra charge. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. Easy to book and very good prices. Lauren and Charles at Poole Enterprise were exceptional. Very profissional, helpful, friendly. Lauren was lovely and very helpful  with the vehicle I was given. When I gave the car back, I even had help to get a taxi ordered to get back to my hotel. Couldn't have asked for a more friendly approach from the Poole Enterprise team. Thank-you kindly

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but the way I was treated by Enterprise was completely unacceptable.I booked a car online, paid with my debit card and only found out at collection that I couldn’t rent it without a credit card - something that was never made clear during the booking process. If a credit card is mandatory, why are customers allowed to complete a booking and pay with a debit card without any clear warning? The staff claimed they had called and left a voicemail, which is simply not true. I received no calls, no voicemail and no messages. Why lie about trying to contact a customer? And even if there had been one unanswered call, why not try again or send a text or email? Had I been informed the day before, I would have had time to make alternative arrangements. Instead, I was left without a car at the last minute, with no apology, no help and no alternative offered. The level of incompetence and lack of customer service was genuinely shocking. I would never use Enterprise again and would not recommend them to anyone.
