My first experience with Enterprise was even better than I could have imagined!nnLong story short—I initially went to Europcar but gave up after their customer service team wasn’t helpful at all. I always use Enterprise. I go nowhere else they deliver as they promise, the writing on the tin is exactly what you get. The staff are quick, polite and efficient providing the minimum of waiting on collection and delivery. The booking procedure is easy and accessible and the vehicles are always clean, up to date and in good mechanical condition. Can't say more. Thank you once again Enterprise for your exemplary service.

My insurance arranged a car for me with enterprise as mine had been written off. Ben and his team were very efficient from start to finish. I was kept informed at all times. The whole process was easy and took the stress out of how I was going to get to work etc. Thanks Poole branch.

Shocking service.nnFirstly they try and sting you with an insurance upsell, saying that if you have any damage there is a £2000 excess, regardless of the cost of damage.nnSecondly, they ask you to return with the same amount of fuel as when you pick it up. This is fair. I drove a total of 7 miles I was moving house locally so only needed the van for big items and added £10 of diesel prior to returning it- clearly more than I needed to, they then said I was 2 litres of fuel short and they would charge me £1.65 a litre plus a £10 admin fee!!!nnThe van itself was fine, but the company policies were shocking

What can I say. We had booked to Hire a large van Today 05.03.25 we had email confirmation confirming our collection time of 8am.nnWhen we turned up to collect the hire vehicle we was told the previous customer had extended his hire and now the van we had hired would not be ready until 10am.nnAfter speaking to Ben the manager who was not helpful in any way. He then told me the large van we had booked was no longer available. So not only was our time moved without any communication the vehicle we needed was also no longer available.nnWe booked this vehicle as we needed the size as we are moving to Wales so to be let down like this is not excitable.nnWe spoke to U-drive who are just around the corner and what an amazing service . My advise would be to not even book with Enterprise as your booking confirmation means nothing they do not offer any help. keep clear of Enterprise Poole and Ben the manager needs to learn better customer service.
