They only usually have one person on the desk so you could be waiting a while to collect you car - definitely not grab and go. That being said the service was good. Just wish that it was easier to find!

Sales staff tried to sell us add-on insurance policies and claimed that my credit card coverage wasn't enough (which was a lie).

Good service and very helpful, would be 5 stars but they don't open Sunday and you need a car to get there in the first place !
