My car broke down and needed to get back home to Wales for the weekend as I work on HPC site. I ordered a automatic for 9am went down they did not have any there! When I had to have a manual I only had my joint account card in my wife’s name on it and they would not give me a car. I told them the situation told them i said il ring my wife to confirm it.I used the same card in another enterprise before but they couldn’t care less very heartless not professional at all. Don’t bother using them!!

I was unfortunate enough to break down and I got dropped here by my recovery truck, the lady was rushed off her feet.. Even cleaning other cars in between serving customers! She was awesome, friendly and helpful and had us on our way within half an hour. A credit to that branch. Thank you.

All I have to say is what a joke I would never hire from Bridgewater again when I ro my account took money that wasn't even owed to tham and now I have been waiting over a week for my deposit bk and all they can do is apologies and I'm still waiting for my deposit I will be staying clear from Bridgewater enterprise

Charge me a extra to days hire because the branch was closed. After being told to drop it off and leave keys in garage. I would never use again
