We rented from this location in the fall of 2017 during a visit to the area from Canada and encountered some difficulties with our rental including inadequate tire pressure, malfunctioning gps, etc plus unhelpful customer service upon arrival. Despite numerous emails to Europcar about the problems copied to this location from October 2017 to January 2018 we never received a response to our concerns. Our daughter has also experienced problems with this location and will not be renting there again.

I regularly rent with EUROPCAR in Colchester.. the daily cost is a great rate for daily hire (cheapest in my area) the car selection is great and more so i find the staff really helpful & accomodating to my rental options as I have had to changed my options without notice & every time they have had no problem upgrading for me. They are professional & down to earth & do a great job A++++++++++

Out in the industrial parks in Colchester. You need transport to get there. Taxi seems the best option
