To be honest, didn’t really have a great experience. After patiently waiting 10 minutes for guy in front of me to be served, the assistant proceeded to pick up phone and serve telephone client with a quote taking another 5 minutes. Eventually when he got to me, the regular item I mess out of stock. Waste of my time, poor management but felt for the assistant hi was running the show alone. Sorry but won’t be back!
Staff very good,Paul was excellent really nice guy,he got me exactly what I wanted and price was pretty reasonable,I got a plastic cill which fitted my my weatherboard door,and finished rear window cill,which was wood,,fitted it over the wooden cill perfectly,,,kevin
I Cant fault the staff they are really helpful trying to sort my order for me. Ryan has been brilliant searching around other stores for cladding for me as I did not order enough he has phoned me back and kept me updated everystep of the way.
Great service, they kept us up to date with everything. Excellent product, staff in Huyton branch very helpful.
Went there today, young lad behind the couldn’t have been anymore helpful.nGood customer service.
