Close at 4:30pm. Rang at 4:26pm to advise was just round corner. Was told won't be able to serve you as everything has been shut off. I said I am literally round the corner pulling up any second. No we are closed. Pulled up at 4:28pm the place was all shut. Safe to say was totally naffed off. Thanks for that. NOT.
Big difference between going there and amazon online

Ordered on 4th Aug rang after 4 days to find out why I'd had no delivery to be told awaiting item. Promised delivery Fri 12th before 12noon. Rang them at 3 to find out where delivery was to be told lorry had broken down in morning and had to pick another up from Lincoln! Surely someone could have let me know. Another delivery time was given as 2nd drop first thing Mon morning 15th and lo and behold lorry arrived at just after 1. Must have been a big first drop.... Surprise! half the load was missing . The delivery driver Alan was most appologetic and promised to return with missing items straight away which he did. Thanks Alan I suggest you do Ian's job as he cant seem to get the gyst of communication and timing. Needless to say Not A Happy Customer
Took my money online. Told me the products would be in the branch the next day. Contractor took his van to get them and they said they won't be in for another few days. A few days later the contractor drove there and got the same info again....and then it happened again. Never called me to say they'd not arrived. After 16 days I rang the head office who then told me they don't do the product anymore. Seems they don't have the decency or good business sense to let people know. Very unimpressed. Won't use again.
