These guys are amazing. Took me several weeks to take the plunge and purchase a kiln. I was expertly guided every step of the way, no question too tedious, no question too frivolous. Once purchase was made delivery was excellent kiln was so well packaged. I placed an additional order for underglaze that was added to the kiln delivery to save delivery costs. Once arrived I had several ongoing questions that were answered without issue - after sales support - perfection. I’ve had guidance on firing and glazing which is really above and beyond the kiln purchase. Amazing and much appreciated, as a Begginer there is a lot to learn and the support CTM provide is invaluable .   The CTM website cites a kiln purchase is a big decision £3000+ and that you will be supported all the way. My experience suggests that the guys are passionate about what they do and want you to make an informed supported decision to enhance your ceramics pathway.

I ordered some glazes on the phone on a Thursday and they arrived very securely wrapped on the Monday. Excellent service and fast delivery, thank you CTM!

CTM are a great supplier for many reasons such as good value and efficiency but above all, unlike a much larger supplier I've dealt with who have no telephone contact and do not answer my emails, they actually speak to their customers which massively enhances their brand for me.

Extremely helpful and quick with advice and tips. Which is why I will continue to give them my custom.

Always friendly and helpful  I can order items on the phone, and it's all ready to pick up when I get there, or I can turn up and browse the little shop area. Fab place
