Ordered window sills and 2 weeks later got wrong items. Now 2 weeks further still waiting for them to collect the wrong product. Customer service, delivery, professionalism is absolutely a sham! Please please be extra vigilant and read the other reviews before using this company. They obviously have very little customer service skills and it seems they’re not bothered about any issues a customer may have once money has been paid!
Been waiting over two weeks for a refund. Joke of a company.nThey are just the middleman for a local plastics supplier. So if you have one close by could be worth going direct to them. All my goods came from Eurocell who were lovely to deal with and when I needed other bits worked out so much cheaper than these.nPlus there's the fact I'm still waiting for a refund for returns they've had back over two weeks now. Avoid
Complete waste of time. The items were really reasonably priced which would have been great if I ever received my order. No communication, I had to raise a complaint to get any info, turned out they were out of stock, which is odd as this is a building staple. Took a long time to get my money back that they took immediately wish I had read the reviews before ordering as so many saying the same thing, they should not be trading.
SCAM/FRAUD ALERT - I placed an order and after waiting over a month with no update, made several calls to chase up - lots of promises but no product deliverered. They have since ignored multiple attempts to cancel my order and get a refund - they have stolen my money. Not Ok.
Misleading customers.nOrdered upvc fence panels. The website stated delivery within 5 working days. Waited a week with no news and no delivery. After calling the branch they told be delivery timescales are 4 -8 weeks without any specific dates being given.nWaiting for refund now
