Always terrible service at this branch, it’s never quick to pick up an order. As others have mentioned the one colleague that usually mans the desk has no sense of urgency or priorities- will let a big queue build up without calling for assistance and will walk off into the back after sorting a customer to file her paperwork/returns etc without any care for whoever might be standing waiting. Clearly the leadership haven’t seen all the negative reviews and had a talk with her!!

This store is undoubtedly one of the worst I’ve ever visited. The female staff member at the till seemed to completely lack basic courtesy and customer service skills. I purchased a set of spanners and, upon realizing it was the wrong one, requested an exchange. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she responded with visible frustration, huffing and puffing, all while failing to efficiently serve the long line of customers stretching to the door.nnIf dealing with the public is such a challenge, perhaps a role stocking shelves in the back would be more suitable.

Popped in to purchase something walked in was empty, no staff the lady comes after 8 mins no apology for keeping me waiting and bought my stuff still no thank you no enjoy ur day etc absolutely disgusting customer service wouldn't recommend this branch!!!

I came here today for car service kit but lady at the counter was so so rude cant tell ya and refer me to another colleague i dont know names because they dont have any name tags but the girl with glasses was sweet but another one was so rude.

Absolutely horrible place to come to, queue always to the door and the female member of staff on the till always incredibly miserable they never open another till despite 5 people waiting , if your not happy working there why not leave and let someone else have your job?
