Honestly the staff here are all polite, and lovely. Epecially Andrea who served me at the tills with my purchase, and she was such a delight.

Popped into The Body Shop about a week and a half ago with my Mom. First thing I noticed was that, unlike other similar stores, we weren't jumped on and didn't feel pressurised by staff. We had time to look around for specific products I wanted to buy and only then a lady politely asked us if we needed any help. Once I'd picked out the products, the lady who served us on the till was really helpful and offered me a rewards card which I thought would come in handy. This specific lady was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed into the store. Also, there was an offer on and because I'd spent over £20 we got a lovely free gift of a make up bag with 3 products in! Very impressed! Overall, a very lovely and clean store with friendly staff and of course, beautiful products! Thank you The Body Shop! I'll be back again very soon!

Good store. Very big and open so is easy to get around while avoiding other people, or for wheelchair users. They seem to have most, if not all, the products they advertise in their catalog.

Always helpful. Very nice staff. Are very devoted to being animal friendly and helping others and have an option to donate to those in need. Will definitely reccomend their skincare too as its helped me with severe acne and oily skin

Went into the merry hill store yesterday with no clue at all what to get my friend for her birthday. Was approached by a lady called Andrea who provided the best customer service I have received in a long time within a high street store. She explained the different products to me and recommended ones she felt would be best when I had no clue which products to select. We put together a personalised gift box and it couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you again Andrea! I really hope you get to see this and more stores out there could do with someone as kind, caring and thoughtful as you xx

A visit once or twice a year to see what's new and pick up some old favourites.  Good quality products which I use all year around. Get a Body Shop Card and you get a £5 credit on it as you build up points and on your birthday as well. I believe ingredients are ethically sourced and cruelty free.

Today I checked to see if The Body Shop in Merryhill centre had reopened and it said it was,  when I got there it was still closed with no notification as to when it will reopen. Has it moved to a new location?

Dee is a fantastic shop assistant! She took the time to advise me what products were best for me and was really helpful locating items on the shop floor. Really great BodyShop store at Merryhill!
