Very impressed with our first experience using Estate Planning Solutions....would highly recommend! Nadine has been great throughout the whole process, taking the time to explain the various options in plain English, dealing with the many questions and finalising everything in a timely manner for my mum. Other members of the family have already made appointments with Nadine to deal with their estate planning.
Nadine has gone out her way in helping our family to deal an LPA issue. Very friendly and first class service. Very clear in the way the process works and expectations moving forward. Certainly would recommend to anyone facing similar circumstances.
I cannot fault the service we received from EPS. Nadine was friendly, professional and very thorough in answering all our questions. Her patient approach made the whole process very straightforward. I would have no hesitation in recommending EPS.

This was the second time that we have used estate planning, I am pleased to say the high standard has been maintained. This time we updated our will and added powers of attorney. We were able to talk through a delicate and usual matter with Eric. He was very friendly and talked through the process without rushing and without pressure to sell the most expensive options. He allowed to to choose the option that suited us. We do recommend the service whenever wills and such come up in conversation. Well done for maintaining your high standards.
I have dealt with Estate Planning for a number of years, recently to update our wills. The advice provided is second to none. Paul has always provided excellent service whether via zoom or face to face. We also use the storage facility for all our important documents as did my mother until her recent death. Thank you for providing an efficient smooth service.

Highly professional, helpful and explained everything in plain English. Even through lockdown our contact Nadine, was immensely helpful, using Zoom to chat with us and make sure that we were totally happy with what we were doing, not only preparing our wills and setting up family trusts and powers of attorney but sorting the logistics of getting witnessed signatures for the documents with children scattered around Europe! All in all an excellent service!
