Do you usually make your customers wait for 15 minutes before even acknowledging their existence. I know it's busy in the morning. But avoiding saying hi or even an eye contact was quite rude.

Forget the sour reviews from tired travellers. I'm here once a month and the staff are always kind and helpful - to everybody.
