One star simply because this is the second time I've filled up here and half the pumps have been broken (apparently). The staff have such confidence in Esso, which owns the station, that they assume they'll still be broken for a long time. If Esso doesn't care about its brand, you'd think Tesco would. I've got to believe that the stress of trying to find a pump that is pumping what you need leads to people speeding through, oblivious to drivers crossing to pay, and the near-miss I had today of someone almost hitting me as she backed out of a parking space. Get your act together, people - this place is an accident waiting to happen!

Petrol is not the cheapest place in Bath plus with only four pumps there is often a queue. The staff are friendly though and there is a good selection of groceries being a Tesco.
