The last 3 times I've been in this garage , they have been so rude! The last straw was today when buying a car wash ticket , they yelled at me because they couldn't take cards .. their wifi was down. A simple smile would have done ( a little tip for you ) if your car wash is not working or your debit card machine is out of order, a bigger sign , than a postage stamp so your customers could see would be very beneficial . Once being rude to a PAYING customer is one too many , but 3 times on the trot by 3 different members of staff is not great customer service . After all your in the retail industry aren't you? You've lost my custom and I've used you for many years!!
