It's a petrol station, they sell fuel. Shop has sufficient stuff but was gutted when stopped selling milk as was convenient.
Another disappointing experience!nI try and use contactless as much as I can. But, on the odd occasion I have to interact with the cashiers I am always left frustrated at the Exmouth branch. This morning the cashier clearly wanted an argument by telling my something shouldn’t have happened when it did. More staff training required Exmouth
Well… it’s it NOT open for 24hrs… And all signs shows 24hrs… shouldn’t be like that….
We stopped here to fill up on petrol and grab a coffee on the 9th Sept 2022 @ 15:00. As I was filling up my Costa cup I asked the young lady behind the till if they sold plasters and was given a very sharp NO by the older lady, who I can only assume was a manager. Terrible attitude, the younger girl looked apologetic and embarrassed. Customer service isn't difficult... A bad attitude like hers just puts people off returning. I'd maybe give her some customer service training, she certaimy needs it.
Has recently been some happy friendly staff, everything is working and clean, great offers, food and snacks. A reduction of essential items has made the shop area less appealing for me as the things like aspirin and cold medicines are missing. The shop is small and has no restroom, there appears to be room to make it a little bigger at Exmouth.
