I’ve had the great pleasure to work with Essie to purchase my first rug 7 yrs ago, and another last week during my trip to London. He is first and foremost a gentleman, and has an astounding fund of knowledge and expertise. I appreciate his patience and kindness, as my family and I viewed many, many rugs. We have found his pieces to be among the most unique and the finest in the world and they have certainly appreciated in value since purchase.

Highly recommend visiting if you are on the hunt for high quality persian rugs. I was shown dozens of beautiful rugs by their lovely team who were very informative and patient, and a pleasure to deal with. Picked out a gorgeous yellow silk one and walked out a very happy customer
Would strongly dissuade anyone from selling anything to Essie's Carpets. Unfair pricing. Essie himself is incredibly rude, and I'm afraid to add deceptive. Offered in writing a certain price for my carpet and then when I came in person he refused to honour this despite proof. You will be offered a very low price and met with made up "costs" from Essie.

The best rug retailer in the UK for authentic Persian carpets. We have cleaned clients' rugs that have been bought from Essie and we are always in awe of the workmanship and skill which goes into the rugs they sell. If you are looking for the finest rugs that money can buy then this is where to go.
