Friendly welcome, but after waiting for my haddock to be freshly cooked, the chips were stone cold & the fish, as lovely as it looked was mainly just batter that tasted of oil, so disappointing as I have wanted to try this place whenever I visit Burnham, but always arrive too late. There is a restaurant to eat in as well as a take away with seating inside & outside at no extra charge, its dog friendly, plus there is free parking at the back of the building where you collect your online orders.

We ate here as it said in the window you can pay by card. Only to get to the till and you cant. Why doesnt any Burnham Fish and Chip shop take cards!! Food lovely- really nice and cooked fresh. Service quite poor. One girl there really didn't have a clue. I went back to the counter to get some tomato sauce, paid for it but didn't get it. I had to ask another member of staff for it. Had to go and ask for cutlery as we ate in. Oh and the tea was just warm. Shame as the food was very nice.
