Answered the phone straight away which is great. though that’s where the amazing service stopped. the food was cold when arrived, it was of low quality and was no where near as good as other chinese’s such as sky and jade garden. some of the food was not what we ordered which was disappointed. would not recommend! food was stale and felt like it had been sitting there for hours! do not buy!! the kids were disappointed by this service and the rumours my husband had heard were true.

Appalling service.!do not use these! Order was wrong when delivered. When I rang to tell them that they had got my child's order wrong they argued that they had got it right and that I was wrong! I took a photo of the food and offered to send this to them as proof. But they continued to ignore that and the lady on the phone just kept saying "I'm just passing on the message"!...and then said I'd have to pay an additional delivery charge for the right order to be delivered! We waited 45 minutes for the right order to be delivered, before I rang to find out where it was, and they didn't answer the phone! My family and myself were on holiday at the time, and had ordered £40 worth of food, we were extremely disappointed!

Not great.. the food tasting Bland and not that hot..... sky Chinese is the only way..

My neighbour downstairs goes here regularly. I've been there with him only once but they clearly greeted him in a friendly manner and knew his usual order. My food was served quickly, was hot and delicious.
