Good food, friendly staff, clean rooms, quite and relaxing. Attention to detail by the staff, looked after from the minute you arrive. Great place for booking a meal or arranging a family meal or get together. Handy to place to  stay if your down for a shopping trip to the metro centre only about ten minutes along the a1.

Awesome! It is a pretty hotel to stay and enjoy nice meal around beautiful grass and trees. The room is clean and comfortable. Staffs also are friendly and polite to help us carry heavy luggage. I highly recommend you to stay here if you visit this area.

Wonderful staff, always. Room Labernum was perfect, clean, quiet, fresh and tidy. Bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was different as I had to be waited on hand and foot but in these times it’s the only way to be sure. Highly recommend this place, great location, less than £10 taxi from centre of Newcastle, perfect.

Fabulous fabulous. Great evening out eating and entertaining friends. Well worth a visit.

Visited this hidden gem today . The service was first class . The meal was lovely and the sticky toffee pudding I'd highly recommend. May I also say that Tony is a credit to your team what a lovely guy so pleasant and helpful . I'd highly recommend a visit .

Never stayed in the hotel, but food was wonderful. Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. It is now a favourite with us.

Not a lot on the plate tbh. Tasted ok but not the best I've had. Well spaced out and track n trace form on every table.
