Adrian on the door was very friendly, offering some refreshments as we waiting for a member of staff to assist us. Antonio was patient and took his time in helping us get what we wanted. Highly recommend and would definitely return, despite having to return some items due to size problems.
Shoes are really poorly made. Inner side of the hill is deteriorating after wearing them for a few months in total. Cheap sneakers that cost 1/10 of the price don't have this issue. Unfortunately, the warranty is only 6 months so cannot return them. Zegna brand seems far from luxury...
Friendly staff and a good selection
Their one decent tailor left so their left with useless lazy 'tailors' who can't measure you to save their own lives. This is a 2000 pound suit and it's like a conveyor belt to them. No elegance, no time, no effort to spare. They 'measure' you without even taking notes and you're left with a badly fitting suit. Zegna has declined so much in 20 years. Even Marks & Spencer is now better quality.
I like the design but the quality of the clothes has declined significantly over the past few years. I bought a shirt here in Sept of 2020 only for the shirt to tear a couple of months later as I was putting it on! Zegna have responded describing this as not attributable to a production process.. Clearly they expect that their shirts will tear within a few weeks of purchase.
20 years ago their suits were first class today the quality of the fabric has declined so much. The prices have gone up more at least 3x yet the fabric quality has much lower. It's 10 times more expensive than a M&S suit but the quality is just the same today. The made2measure fabric is thinner and lost that 'hallmark'. 20 years ago you were measured by real tailors who had decades of experience now it's done by a male in his 20's who knows nothing. You're in and out in less than 20mins. How can they justfy that poor service? There is no finesse. It's a conveyor belt to make more money with less quality.

Went in to browse for a wedding suit - got chased around by an assistant. Felt like I was being assessed as a shoplifter. Not a welcoming place to drop a large amount of money.
A fantastic flag ship store with so many options and items to see. An elevator to take you to all the different levels. The quality of service is fantastic, and the staff are great.
Excellent Service at the Bond St store. Would not hesitate to recommend.
