I bought 4 pairs of jeans online and returned 2 within a week of receiving them. After two weeks I had heard nothing so I emailed my postal receipt to them and was told it may take a further 15 working days to process. After a further 16 working days I had heard nothing more so got in touch again. Eventually someone emailed to say I needed to share photos of the labels of the jeans I had kept and fill out a form in writing and return it. I did this straight away and 3 working days later and 2 more phone calls I have still not received my refund. I will not buy from this company again. And would strongly advise others not to. It is clear from other reviews that they have had problems with providing timely refunds for a number of years and failed to do anything to resolve it.
Seen some reviews about refunds being negative and truthfully never felt the need to return because their jeans are amazing. I reckon the refunds issue is related to a central outsourced team that isn’t doing their job great + maybe need to review company policy But I love their jeans and always have and this specific location has the best manager Angelito who is so knowledgeable about their styles, cuts and sizes. Really a pleasure to go here.
I bought a pair of 7 Jeans with the money I got on my 18th birthday 15 years ago and they were the best, so i popped in to see if they still made great jeans and i just bought the best jeans ever! There were 4 people working there and they all helped me but even in such a small shop, with 4 people helping me at different points during my visit, i didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed, between us all we found the pair i bought and I just had such a great time in there and i can’t wait to go back. My life is changed with these jeans. stg. The jeans i posted in the video are not the ones i bought but they were still very cute. The ones i bought i am gatekeeping thx xx
I was very happy with my two purchases from this store and that is thanks to the attentive staff who assisted me. I wished I knew her name to be able to thank her. Been wearing the denims that I bought and I can’t rate them high enough. The only improvement I’d say this store could have is to have customer restroom/s within the store.
Every good review is well deserved. This is where I'm going to buy my jeans from now on. Super service, friendly atmosphere and well educated people in the shop.
One of my favourite shops love shopping here but the most I love this location as their costumer service in this shop is on top, not forgetting to mention her name Attie is so helpful, kind and amazing. Always there ready to help me. Such an angel This will be my spot for any type of clothes.
Purchased 4 pairs of jeans online using an Amex discount offer. The jeans never arrived and when I contacted the company, I was told they'd been "delivered to a neighbour" but they couldn't tell me which neighbour. I asked all of my neighbours to no avail. Thoroughly frustrating in any case as I'd been sat at home at the supposed time of delivery and my doorbell did not ring! I wasn't planning to keep all 4 pairs but had wanted to try them on at home and likely only keep 1 pair, so it was a huge expense for me to be out of pocket. Every time I contacted 7 For all mankind, I was simply told that despite the courier admitting the package had been lost, I had to wait for head office to approve the refund. There was no rush and no urgency, and the last email I received said I'd only get my refund once they'd received the package back! Pretty impossible since I'd never received it! My credit card payment came out and I had to front the payment. I finally got offered a measly discount code as a gesture which was nowhere near as much as the expired Amex one. This back and forth went on for 6 weeks, still no refund, until eventually I contacted my credit card company who immediately credited me the money and took it up with 7 For All Mankind themselves. Very disappointing it had to come to that.
Chrystelle / Kristell was AMAZING! She found my friend great jeans first time and didnt rush us even though we came in close to closing time. I cannot recommend this shop and the staff and service enough.
Friendly. Professional. Easy to wear items. Not a large shop but worth a visit!
Recently I say recently almost a month ago I purchased a pair of jeans through the 7 FAM website sadly had to return but they can't be returned to a store so had to return through post waited and waited and finally received a notification of my credit memo that was 11 WORKING DAYS ago. All I can say is if you are happy to wait for weeks then carry on. I won't do it again 3-5days fine with me but 11+ Not a chance. Never left a bad review before but this is something else and I still haven't received my refund. Thanks and Good luck
