Lovey Italian style sandwiches, fresh ingredients and cosy atmosphere. During the weekends, brunch dishes available as well. Highly recommend for breakfast and brunch.
The breakfast is available till 11:45. There are both vegetarian and vegan options incl. plant-based milk. The avocado toast is simply the best! There are both an outside and inside sitting areas, as well as toilets upstairs, though. The staff was friendly. They took their time with the drinks and food prep but the waiting was worth it. I would recommend for everyone in the kitchen to wear masks if you will let us, your guests, observe the whole process. Only one of the three ladies had her mask on. One of ladies was having her mask while walking among us but as soon as she was in the kitchen, she completely took it off which really made no sense to me we are still in the middle of a COVID-19 pandemic.
Was good tomato and basil soup, and good Eggs Florentine, was first time trying canoli, was good but very heavy, next time I'll try a cake instead Vegetarian options: Eggs Florentine
Pleasant atmosphere. Not very busy at 11am. So relaxing. Good cappuccino and cinnamon roll.Food: 4/5
I just love this place! Best sandwich in town in my opinion
Spoke with a staff member on the phone and was incredibly unhelpful and just hung up the phone on me. We wanted to order the soup and sandwich combo for €11 on deliveroo but the price would change to €16.50 when selecting the soup. So, €11 for the sandwhich?? Surely not €16.50 for a soup and sandwich?? Unsure of the price, we called him to clear things up for us. He told us he doesn’t know the menu and the prices and didn’t have time for such queries. Whoever owns this business would want to check with the quality of their staff because clearly this guy doesn’t care about the business. Such a weird and unacceptable way to deal with a customer. Avoid!
Living in Ranelagh over a year and kicking myself I didn’t try here sooner! Nicest coffee I’ve had in ages, the food was delish and good portions with fair prices. Staff were lovely and attentive. Definitely my new fav lunch spot!
Nice dirty chai. Ok bruschetta. Nice atmosphere.
Although I only had a herbal tea thenladybwhhoningound out later was the owner was so helpful , polite and engaging ! She noticed that my tea was getting cold because of the volume of calls I was taking so heated up !! We really need to support privately owned businesses like this in our communities! They are a wonderful addition with so many generic multinationals clogging up our high streets were you are just a number and not a person !!
