I just wanted to say how incredibly grateful I am to Sascha and the team at Yeovil Enterprise for their outstanding support. When my car broke down, they helped to make a stressful situation so much easier. I was able to pick up a car within just a couple of hours, and throughout the entire process, they were patient, considerate, and genuinely kind. Their professionalism and understanding really stood out, and I can’t thank them enough. I would 100% recommend!

Great experience.  My husbands works van broke down and I looked to hire one so he wouldn't let his customers down.  Booked the van 7pm the night before on line.  He arrived 830am the next morning van was ready.  Then extended the hire period which was great with Enterprise easy to do, because they needed to order parts for his van.  Then his van was ready earlier returned the van three days early and got refunded the same day.  Nice guys working there polite and helpful and everything was very smooth he was very pleased what was a stressful time was made easier by Enterprise. Thank you team we will be back. Paul Crabbe

Yet again Enterprise surpassed their work ethics. My fourth time I rented from them. Friday two weeks ago at 5:16 pm my car broke down. The only car rental company that was willing to help was Enterprise and Yeovil was in my catchment area. First spoke to a gentleman that organised the whole pick me up to go to Yeovil and same back when rental was done. He was so quick and made me feel so much better telling a joke about a spare wheel on a motorbike. The pick up means they come and pick you up and take you to the rental office. I really didn’t feel well because I have a bad back but that Saturday was bad. Next moment they came but to my utter surprise they went yet again out of their way to bring the car to me. Ned I will always be grateful for you going that extra mile. I had to sign and Murphy’s law no signal, so Ned took us to the petrol station to get a good signal. Ned was not once impatient or irritated. A real gentleman. Same happened on the return day. To everyone involved even the car cleaners, a Massive and very grateful THANK YOU. You are all Super Stars in my book.

I recently rented a car from here. Absolutely beautiful car too. The experience was made soooo much better by Ned, for explaining everything clearly from start to finish and helping me with all the computer controls on the car. All a very quick. You’ll be in and out within 10 minutes. Minus the computer lesson nThank you Ned for being a true professional. I’ll definitely be renting from here again.nOh and the extra bonus was my deposit was returned the next day! Saturday

I ordered a van for a day online and had a confirmation email. 45 minutes before pick up, the office called me to say that no van was available and they were not able to offer any alternative, Not good enough!nIf you have no flexibility in your plans and don't want to be let down, hire from somewhere else.
