The van we hired was pretty new, clean and in a very good condition. The pick up and drop off process was quick and efficient. The rental charge was competitive compared to other suppliers but, of course, we would all like to pay less!

Don't book online without ringing first for availability. I booked a car online they took the money £405 from my account and then I got an email to say my 'reservation decline' due to not having that vehicle. A week later and the money still hasn't been refunded to my account.
Could be much better if only they tried. I specifically told them I did not want a Citroen as a hire care, gave them 3wks notice and still they gave me a CITROEN!!!!! AND IT WAS MY FAULT. I will never go back there or recommend them.
Great experience with Bridport office. Friendly helpful staff and easy booking a nd check in. Also great value for modern van hire. Slo good I used them twice.
