Process was smooth. Van was good. Staff nice but misinformed about fuel policy. I was told that telematics are used to calculate fuel usage but this is not the case. Regardless of what they say just replace the fuel you have used - do not get led down the path of pre-paying for a load of fuel you don't need. Pull in the manager if needed to help clarify or go elsewhere.
I needed a replacement vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to be given a vauxal grandland as same hight as my one as I have trouble bending. Thank you Annie for arranging a lovely car, it has brought me into the future with all the gizmos it has.nThankooo.
Hired a Luton to move our daughter and partner. The van was in great condition apart from a damaged mirror that was flagged by the staff. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Would definitely use again
Very happy with the service. After an issue with the van before we picked it up, Enterprise provided us with a smaller alternative for the first day, and then we exchanged it for the larger one we had booked on the second, offering a fair discount for the inconvenience. After we had used this large van that we required for the day, we then actually asked to swap back to the smaller one, since we only needed this size for the remainder of the hire period. They were happy and flexible to help with this. The vans are all new, good quality, easy to drive, and the staff were friendly and helpful, talking through the different insurance options available too. The only downside was if you wanted to call them, it was very difficult to get through, with the phone just ringing and ringing. Otherwise we will definitely book again there.
