This is the first time I've hired from Enterprise in Huntingdon. 

We hired a minibus (9 person seater) the vehicle was clean, drove well - only compliant was a small fuel tank compared to a previous one but that's Mercedes fault not enterprise.

Everyone here was friendly and welcoming always willing to help couldn't ask for more. 

Price was very competitive too and the office is a good location.

This is the third time I have rented a van from Enterprise Huntingdon and upon each time there has been a problem with the vans. This time around a faulty side door on the van size I required, which may not sound a lot but when my requirement was to help clear out plenty of rubbish after a household renovation, it would have made life far easier. Upon checking the only other van relevant to my rental on site, the side door on this van was also faulty. A larger van was on site but already booked out. The staff member was as helpful as he could be (it isn't his fault the van's aren't looked after) and slightly embarrassed. My biggest concern is for a company that prides itself on customer service, the offer of recompense wasn't good enough. I shall be trying other van rental companies from now on.

I like Enterprise at Huntingdon as it offers a great location for me to hire the vehicles I require. They are always friendly and courteous and always offer you a lift for pick up and return if needed.
