Disgusting service; charged me £12 for a 1 mile trip. Rude and horrible drivers, please please please please find a different firm, worst taxis I’ve seen in a long time.

Probably the worst taxi firm in all of Cambridgeshire. Steer clear and stick to other companies in my honest opinion.

Awful service; rude drivers, expensive too. Stick to Steve’s Taxi’s, definitely get a better service there! Don’t recommend, even if this was the last taxi on earth.

Will never use again 20 minutes late picking up and three phone calls driver not bothered. Minibus stank of diesel inside. Never turned up for pick up even after calling telling me it was on the way. If you want a reliable taxi use someone else.

Fantastic service, tried around locally for a taxi at 6.30pm Christmas Day 2019 from Low Road St Ives to Shakespeare Ave St Ives, quoted £12 for the journey with one drop off on route.  Tried A&B, and Steve’s taxis which I got diverted to “Hunts Taxis” and quoted double at £24.  Thank you IFF taxis.

Iff by name Iff by nature. Booked them to collect me and a group of friends on New Year’s Eve at 3am, never turned up; we rung to find out what happened the taxi broke down; we asked if another one was to be sent for us; to be told ‘No, your gonna have to wait 30-45 minuets for the taxi’. By this point we all had enough and simply asked can we have a discount due to this not being are problem; then turning around and saying no it will cost £60, even though we already settled on an £84 return cost. Let’s just day they weren’t a fan on the suggest Inmade and let us stuck in Cambridge. Honestly if I could I would of given then a no star rating!!!

Well last night was eventful with taxis. Please no one ever book with IFF taxis in St Ives they are shocking. I booked a taxi with them on Wednesday for Saturday leaving Ramsey at 18:30. Which they all confirmed via text this was book. Saturday comes and it gets to 18:40 thought I’d give it a few mins then call them to find out where our taxi was. After calling them and being hung up on twice with the excuse they were very busy and couldn’t be on the phone as they had customers waiting bearing in mind I was one of those waiting customers they finally told me a taxi would be 20 mins. We then waited 20 mins then to call through again to find out where the taxi was to be told to wait another 20 mins. Loosing my patience with them by now. We then asked for a discount as we was already nearly an hour late and for a £65 taxi was told they would do this for £60!!! and so we still patiently waited for the taxi.  To then have to call though again at 19:30 to chase we was told another 10 mins and they also wanted us to pay up front for our return journey when they picked us up. Why on earth would you ask a very un happy customer they have to pay money upfront when already they were an hour late. I told them I wasn’t happy with paying them before hand and the man on the phone had no clue what I was trying to say to him and couldn’t understand why I was very frustrated with them and by this point I had no faith in them even turning up and had really lost my patience with them. By 19:45 our friends kindly offered to take us all rather than having to wait around anymore. I am just shocked that this company came recommended by a few people. I would never recommend anyone to book with this company!! And by no means if you do book with them and have a taxi arrive on time. DO NOT pay up front for your return journeys. Definitely in the name of the company ‘IFF they turn up!!’

Blue vauxhall insignia drives like a racer. Cuts in front of cars in dangerous manner. If you want to be safe with your family then use someone else

This taxi is at a Secondary School to pick up a pupil and just witnessed him spitting out the window.   How lovely
