Fantastic team at Park Royal! I’ve used this Europcar location several times, and the service is consistently excellent. A huge shoutout to Jay, who always greets me with a big smile and actually remembers me, it makes the whole process feel so much more personal. Dominic and Agit have also been fantastic, providing professional and helpful service every time. It’s rare to find a team that’s this friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Avoid this branch at all costs.nHired a Ford Puma to me with a key that needed a new battery. Refused to replace the battery claiming it would recharged itself as I drove the car.nI complained to EUROPCAR customer services 3 times but they could not do anything as the depot refused to fix it.nEventually the key failed and I could not get in the car. I had to look up the owners manual from the FORD website and fix the battery myself to get back in the car.

Top-notch service at Europcar Park Royal.nnWe arrived a few minutes before closing time to pick-up our rental car as per the booking schedule. It was the last car to be picked up for the day and the staff were incredibly kind, patient and delightful to work with. They gave clear and precise instructions about the pick-up / return / deposit / insurance etc. and have set a very high standard for car rental companies. nnThe car was in very good condition, clean and comfortable. There was a technical glitch regarding the booking name and the driver's name etc. which was resolved super-fast.nnThere was no impatience from any of them and we had a seamless and smooth experience renting a car - probably the best we have ever had! I commend Joe and team for providing this top-notch service and look forward to renting cars from Europcar Park Royal again! Loud applause for the efficient team!

I had a seamless experience at Europcar Park Royal, London. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly professional, the car was spotless, and the return process was just as smooth. It’s rare to find a rental branch this well-run in London. Highly recommended.
