Due to issues with sourcing car parts, I had a long term rental from Enterprise in Cirencester.  Right from the initial contact the staff there were brilliant. Really helpful and professional. I had to change the car half way through due to a recall, and again the staff were flexible and helpful in making this as convenient as possible. The cars are immaculate and the whole process is made less stressful because of the staff ensuring things go smoothly. I would've been up the creek without their service over the past 8 months. Thank you lads.

We are on holiday from Scotland and our car broke down. AA cover allowed us to come here and pick up a car to get us back home a 7hr drive. I'm absolutely appalled at the complete lack of cleanliness in this car, it is disgusting! In times where hygiene is of the utmost importance it's very disappointing to see this and experience this.

My car suddenly broke down on a roundabout, and a friend took me to Enterprise Cirencester and this was on a Friday afternoon. The staff were amazing, understanding helpful and very friendly. No pressure and I was able to extend the lease with no hassle. Run by three charming gentlemen, all of whom understood my lack of knowledge with the modern car that has no hand break and I was immediately offered something more within my range of experience and it was a super little car. On returning the vehicle again no hassle, and I was even driven to my garage to collect my car. A truly excellent service from start to finish.

The gentleman who served me last weekend was so brilliant and very helpful. Thank you Nathan for sorting me out last minute,really appreciate your customer service and my family really had a good weekend.Keep up the good work and I definitely recommend Enterprise Cirencester for the great service.Thanks again Nathan,I will definitely be back soon Naz

Not very helpful staff didn't even offer to find me another company to hire a vehicle from

I hired a car at Birmingham Airport and returned it to Enterprise at Cirencester. Enterprise always look after me. This time they did a magic trick by turning an Aygo into a Corsa which was great. Staff at both ends were very helpful and efficient.

I'm a regular user of Enterprise but always from my previous location in Bristol which has an exceptional attitude to service and customer care. I have now moved to the Cotswolds area and needed a Medium Van for 24 hours. Sadly the Stroud Office is closed so next best was Cirencester. After setting up and reserving the vehicle I had good updates from Jazmin about my hire status. On the day i arrived everything went very well with quick efficiency from Ash and I was back 5 hours later all done. Again, Ash got through the paperwork and checked vehicle over and 5 minutes later I'm off back home.  Highly recommend Enterprise as it's the people who work behind the counters that make this always a pleasant experience. I'll be back.

Sadly, my experience with these guys has ended up causing me more hassle than I had before I went to them. Therfor 1 star, no questions. I had booked a van hire which seemed to be pretty self explanatory so did the online check-in and just walked into branch at the time agreed. I was told that they wouldn't take my money because it wasn't from a credit card. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that they, and likely nobody else would take payment from anything but a credit card. I'd have loved to stay and argue it out but was busy so went away and rang the head office. Man was fantastic on the end of the phone but ultimately couldn't help. Long story short it would honestly have been easier for me to buy a £500 car and sell it the following week. Will never use these guys again and unless you have a credit card you're happy for them to take payment on I wouldn't bother.

The sales person helping us was great. Very friendly and helpful.  Having said that I was very disappointed to learn there was £1000 excess per incident and the additional insurance was sold hard.  The lower rating is for the negative experience that almost doubled our original cost.  Having said that the car was great and we didn’t have any further issues.
