Not very happy with this guy I spoke to today, very unprofessional, no eye contact whatsoever. He was more interested on doing his paperwork, rather then speaking to me eye to eye. The fact that he wasn't very informative,  body language was horrendous.

Shocked been using these for 3 years sometimes 2 vans for a week in a month.. then took it back full the fuel gauge stopped working... wouldn't help sort it.. the man in the garage said sorry I don't understand!!! then they wouldn't even go the gage to prove it's full.. joke got time to collect you 10 miles away tho.. charged me for the fuel waiting for them to send it Renault.. like it won't get rented back out from the other day till next week,, ok..

Brilliant service. James went the extra mile, he'd be a good chauffeur. I got a great car for a good price, I would definitely use this company again.
