Booked airport transfer detailing our luggage and how many people. They didn’t turn up or reply to any messages. Called to find out where they were, no suitable cars available. Left stranded at the airport at 3:00am. Terrible service.

Booked a taxi and was told it was an ‘up to 30 minute wait’, we waited 30 minutes and rang up and were told it was another 10 minute wait. Called again after 10 minutes and were told the driver had logged off so was another 30 minute wait, won’t use the service again.

Reliable   honest   professional taxi service  I would definitely recommend them all day long,   my driver shak even went the extra mile by making sure that my mobile phone was safely  returned back to me after I accidentally dropped it in his cab. Top marks

Long term regular customer will NOT use again! Pre booked pick up - 1/2 hour late Pre booked return - DID NOT TURN UP & DID NOT ANSWER PHONE!!! Thank you for leaving us stranded at midnight trying to call you for half an hour!! At least we could call your rival company who collected us in 10 minutes,

Wrong taxi sent asked and booked for  minibus got 6 seater no room for luggage. Had to let it go .really unhappy then 45 minutes later finally sent minibus. Made us very later than we wanted not a great start to holiday. Kid's didn't even get to eat at airport which was why we wanted to go early. Nothing nice on plane either so no thanks Abbey car's Wasn't a great day

Used yesterday for the first time, I forgot to say that there was 5 of us when I rang to book, but the gentleman that came to pick us up went back to swap the car for an 8 seater. Very friendly and reliable. Would recommend and definitely use again. Thank you!

I used Abbey cards for the first time, the driver was a gentleman  & I mean gentleman I was very nervous  on my way to a dental appointment the driver was on time very kind & got me back home safely. I never noted his name but thank you very much. I just hope you will be available for my next appointment.

Went the office with my friend late on a week night.  No cabs available immediately so we both had to wait for our respective cabs to arrive We waited in the office and the lovely lady there took it on herself to look after, she made us tea and chatted away in such a friendly way.  She deserves an award Abbey Cabs guys - buy here some flowers.

Booked taxi ready for a night out and taxi picked up somebody elsewhere - forced to use another much more reliable taxi firm
