Zee was an amazing consultant when my partner and I went to browse Arnold Clark for my next car last week. I had some equity in my current car so went for a mooch. Zee walked round with us asking me what I was looking for and we eventually came across the perfect car for me. No question or ask was any trouble for him. I was able to test drive the same day on the spot, part ex my car and arranged collection for a few days after my initial browse. Very impressed. I keep on returning to the Burton on Trent showroom repeatedly. The staff there all get along and clearly respect one other - it really does show in their work ethic and morale as a team. Very impressive guys! Keep supporting one another and delivering the customer service levels you currently deliver, it shows to your customers and means I am a very happy one who will keep returning for sure!
We had a fantastic experience at Arnold Clarke from the minute we arrived to have a look for our perfect new family car to the moment we collected it to take it home! Ranveer Raj was first class! not too pushy, really likeable, informative and he made us feel really comfortable. Fantastic service over 2 deals with Arnold Clark, we worked with both Josh and Ben to sell both mine and my wife’s cars as we both have purchased new ones. I wanted to feedback how helpful Ben Allen was last Friday when we came in to sell our company car. He made sure that he had all the correct sign offs from our Directors and Finance Manager, as well as the right documentation. He was friendly, polite and made the process easy to complete. Ben – your help was very much appreciated, you certainly should be proud of both your excellent customer service standards and the way in which you represented the company.
We had a great experience selling our car here. Joshua was great at communicating what we needed to bring beforehand and was able to help us land on a fair price that worked for us as well as them. We felt there wasn't any pressure at any point to go through with the sale if we didn't want to, and the whole process took under an hour. Would definitely consider buying a car here in the future based on the experience of selling to them. Very professional.

Recently sold my car to Arnold Clark, which is something I’d been meaning to do for a few months but was skeptical about having to sell privately, especially as it was a financed car. Zeeshan was fantastic from the moment we popped in. He was super friendly, honest, reassuring and made the process as easy possible. Everything happened as he said, received the money in my account and had the finance sorted too. He made a stressful process a breeze. Will definitely return when looking to repurchase a new car.
