Car wasn’t ready at time I selected to pick up. They agreed to take me home and drop car off at my home. 90 minutes later a car finally arrived only to have to stand outside for another 30 minutes giving them all my details as no one bothered when I originally went for the car at the branch! Good job I didn’t need the car straight away!nCar was nice, clean and full tank of fuel.

Would give one star if was possible.nBooked a car for a week, paid the £107 fee, told an hour after booking that they wanted an additional £200 deposit. Full licence holder, no points or anything. Con Merchants... Will be suing the business for my money back.

Staff are spot on... The company?!!nIt needs to get it's act together.nnYou can book cars online at specific branches but the branches don't even have that car/ van available!nThey have this issue all the time- come on Enterprise, get your systems to work, the staff are having to apologise to so many customers or potential customersnnI booked a petrol automatic car and the only automatic cars available in the Teesside branches were electric... Which would be ok if I had access to a charge point... But I don't.nnI booked overnight because I needed a car to use while my own was unexpectedly off the road... The booking went through but as I was travelling to collect the car first thing in the morning... I received the phone call to say it wasn't actually available at all.nnLuckily I can drive a manual but it's not ideal for me and was able to use the ONLY non electric car they had available.nnOne car!!!nSo I was lucky that even that was available!nnThe damage excess payment system is shocking.... They have 2 rates £1500 for smaller cars and £2000 for larger vehicles.nnNot £2000 per claim... £2000 per problem!!!nEg scuffed tyre £2000 and a scratch on the paintwork £2000 would be £4000 in total!!! You could get a new tyre and body panel including fitting for a heck of  lot less than that!!! This 8s taking the P*$$ out of customersnnTo avoid those potential HUGE excesses the company charge £35 extra per day- it doesn't even cost £35 per day for a small car for a weekly hire!!!nnThe nice staff and my urgency to hide a car are the only reasons I used this company.nnDebatable if I would recommend the company itself but the staff are amazing

Whilst I had a little problem with the on-line booking, once at the site, all was resolved quickly with polite and efficient expediency.nnBoth my expectations and the actuality of the experience were exceeded.nnThey are my goto resource when hiring cars or vans.nnReturning the vehicle was again a mirror image of the efficient system they run.

collected a car/van after an accident, and my vehicle is in for repair. staff on the ball. good communication, and I arrived and showed paperwork, then given an explanation of the controls. easy with no stress.
