Great service delivers car right to my door, like the enterprise as they have latest modern cars and can trust they will have no problem.i have hired 6 seater and was great to drive. When I needed to extend for more days was no problem. Very friendly staff when booking over the phone definitely recommended and will use them again. I've used enterprise for work purposes a number of times now. Every time has been a great experience. Friendly, and very professional staff, clean cars. They always deliver early so that I don't have to worry about being late. Every time I've phoned with a question, they're answered quickly.  Thanks for a great service, I'm sure to continue using you when I need a car!

Incredibly poor customer service especially from the management. After initial issues which involved blatant lies from the manager we were promised a £20 refund for fuel having been overcharged. Despite chasing on three separate occasions this refund has never been forthcoming. Will never use Enterprise again.

Lovely customer service but it took over an hour from arriving to departing with the hire car despite booking online.

Need to make it clear even if you pay upfront online you still need to pay a deposit when you collect. It might be in the small print but why not make it explicit?

It was extremely easy and straight forward to rent through Enterprise, from my initial call to when I returned the car.  The e mail i received gave me full terms and conditions and was easy to understand.  The car was clean and tidy when I picked it up and I was also able to extend my rental at very short notice.  All staff I dealt with were friendly, polite and provided all the information I needed.  Would definitely go back to them again if I needed another rental

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience. Car was booked months in advance with the stipulation that the boot had to be big enough to take my two dogs- this was very clear and explicit, both with the insurance company  my car going in for a no fault repair and Enterprise themselves. Arrived to pick the car up and not only was the car too small but when I reiterated that I’d been assured that I’d be provided with a like for like to accommodate my dogs  I was told that dogs weren’t allowed in their cars ! Now I don’t have a problem with their no dog policy per say but I do have a problem with the fact that despite booking it well in advance and making clear that I needed it for the dogs nobody pointed said policy out ! An apology for their mistake and my wasted time would have been the correct customer service approach but no, they denied any culpability. Suffice to to say not impressed all with Enterprise Weston !

My experience with Enterprise at Weston was ok,  I guess, real shame that my car wasn't ready for the time I booked in, 30 minutes delay. I did get refueling discount- great, but hard to compensate fact that I was late picking up family from airport. The car itself was OK not what I thought I would be getting, but apparently within category of original booking, also air condition worked only on maximum fan speed, could not adjust it to lower setting-I could either have it completely off or full whack on- not convenient as it was very loud on maximum setting. To sum up car was good but not great, I need car again soon, but will consider different hire company.
