Brilliant service A* despite my car rental involving adaptions for hand controls they still managed to arrange at short notice and communication was always maintained throughout to make sure was suitable for my needs. The office staff were friendly and informative and made the whole process so much easier for me thank you

Great customer service from start to finish. We needed the car for an extra day and they sorted it within minutes. Great staff, great price - will be using again.

They didnt prepare what we agreed at the day of collection. They sorted in couple of hours out the problem, but when we agreed they were going to reduce in £30 the price for the inconvenience caused, tgey didnt do it

There was a problem due to overbooking which led to me having to accept a larger van. The staff were very helpful and apologetic though, and the van itself was great
