If you want good service and competent staff or to be picked up DON'T USE THESE IDIOTS. Booked a car 3 weeks ago to be collected by them at 1pm to go and do the collection, no show, rang them and the assistant manager "Ollie" aka "god", just would not give me a simple answer to the question of when will you be here. Totally incompetent, rude, ignorant idiots, they should be called "the people that don't collect" as the slogun as the current one is just a made up load of rubbish. THE WORST ENTERPRISE BRANCH IN THE UK.

Excellent service from start to finish - very simple and quick to deal with, everything was done very fast and professionally with minimal paperwork and hassle, best experience I've yet had hiring a vehicle. Strongly recommended.

This review is abit of both, good and bad. Firstly the good part - The customer service at enterprise was very good, The online booking was simple and straight forward, the time from arriving to driving away was no more than 15 minutes i might add here that there was others ahead of me and the van i hired was very good on diesel. 260 miles on £50 now onto the bad part - the van i hired wasnt cleaned by this i mean the outside looked clean until you run your finger along it and both the van and your finger came away dirty. the cab had water or liquid marks on the door cards and there was a layer of dust on the dashboard. I even had to use my own air freshner as the smell was non to pleasant. Lastly to add as you can see from the pictures, there was also dents and scratches on the van prior to picking up so make note and take pictures like i did incase it comes back on you, you need to be one step ahead all the time. Having said that would i use them again? I would but only for something quick like say dropping off something you cannot get in a car, I wouldnt use them to go long travelling in. I would also like to point out, this is the first time i have hired from here, there cars maybe more looked after than there vans.

Staff are very helpful. Rented 2 different vans over the course of two weeks. Both were a bit battered and one smelled like a farm.

needed a rental car in Maidstone, didn't think to prebook and there were none immediately available. tried Avis first, and they had none, but kindly rang around and sorted a car from Enterprise, Enterprise were great, delivered a car to us, next day. great deal, good outfit. recommend
