Ordered this in October didn’t think it was coming till January 2022. However was delighted to take delivery of it this morning. It is stunning, service from order to the two very polite gentleman than brought it and unpacked and placed into position this morning was perfect.
Visiting the showroom in Salford made it a good experience. It helps you select the right Sofa, finish, style and fabric you want, with excellent help from sales staff and in-store designers to answer specific technical questions. I would recommend The English Sofa company for a hand made sofa furniture. Can't wait till mine arrives!
Sofa was ready earlier than expected and is great quality. The staff were also very friendly and had great communication. The only thing i would say is the delivery company the contract out is not brilliant.

Staff, sofa designs and service are all good HOWEVER, the product is poor and sagging after 1 year. Would not buy from here again.
Sofa ordered on 28th Feb; the money was debited the same day. Finally a sofa arrived today, 13 July despite an 8-10 week delivery estimate. It has no legs and is entirely different from the one we ordered. My 73 yr old mum, on whose behalf I am posting, is in tears with frustration given the countless calls she’s made over the last 2 months to get some news on a revised deliver date. Promised delivery dates have come and gone, and promised call backs have not happened. She’s had no sofa to sit on for some months now and now has a random legless one! I will call again the company again tomorrow to give them a yet another chance to put things right and post again to update on their response.
We ordered a 2.5- and 3.5-seater Churchill sofa and they arrived ahead of the time promised. The prompt delivery of the leather samples helped us to decide the type and colour of the sofa from a wide variety of choice options. The staff at the customer/sales service were really helpful. We are delighted with the quality and comfort of the sofa.

We ordered the Harrington Corner sofa 4x3 and the Winged Armchair with footstool. All items are finished to an extremely high standard. They are exactly what we wanted. I dealt with the sales staff on the phone a couple of times to get the order right, and they were very polite and helpful. The delivery guys were also top notch, very friendly and stay distanced as delivery occurred during lockdown. Would highly recommend.
