(Pictures attached). I needed a corner couch of specific sizing and the usual well-known furniture shops did not have the right combination I needed. I decided to look for a local place which could make custom sofas – pricey but was sure the premium would be worth it. I found Newman & Bright website, it looked convincing so I took the time to go their store and see some sofas. What was on display was excellent. I specified the needed sofa with Rafi, paid the 50% deposit (£1,492.50) and excitedly awaited delivery date. The service over the phone was appalling – only backing down when I asked Rafi to get his recording for us to listen. Anyway – paid the remaining 50% and sofa arrived. At this stage – the attitude I had experienced told me I really had no option but to live with the very substandard quality sofa that was delivered. It was no where near the great quality of what was on display. I have recently ordered a new, similar sofa from well-known store at the cost of £2500 and I am getting rid of the Newman & Bright sofa (for free) having had to suffer looking at it for 18 months. Attitude was very bad (after I paid 50%) and quality of sofa was terrible.

Took delivery of our chesterfield this week and I am very impressed with the look, quality and workmanship. First Class.

I live in Kendal, quite far away from an major city and I wanted to order a custom created Chesterfield sofa. I was googling online and found Newman Bright and I actually drove all the way up and I am so glad I came in person. I spoke to Rafi who was really helpful and knowledgeable, showing me why my living room would need something bright and not too dark a colour. I just got the suite yesterday, and it is lookign as kingly as ever. I definitely recommend Newman And Bright for this kind of thing.
