The lady that works there is rude! Will never go in during the day again when she is there. Very bad attitude and clearly thinks she can talk to you anyway she pleases!

Exceptionally rude staff lady working there. Avoid till after 5pm, when she’s no longer there

Very handy if you washing machine breakdown friendly staff very helpful

3 months ago a rude lady cut in line and was promptly told off by the manager. She gave her such a scolding. Excellent value and wonderful staff with a great sense for fairness.

I have been here a number of times when visiting London they always do a wonderful job. Genuinely friendly and helpful, on more than one occasion have gone out of their way  to help me out, when I have come in late and having an urgent load to wash.

Very good, efficient, plentyof machines at off-peak hours.  Does a very good and punctual service wash
