Exceptional service! Bubbles Laundrette truly exceeds my expectations. Anita is incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. The facility is classic old but is spotless and well maintained by Anita. Bubbles Laundrette has zero tolerance for rudeness. Be kind.
Zero stars would be applicable if it were possible. I was told "were closing at 6 today because i want to" by the person employed to watch the place. Not the owners, not that that would even be better. When I inquired as to why she literally raised her voice and shouted at me. I despise having to do my laundry there and dread going there. Honestly the worst business imaginable ran by horrible people. The male owner is actually pleasant but ive not seen him in months.
This is in response to the review from MA. The correct way to spell my name is Anita. The owner has no need whatsoever to improve things at Bubbles. We do our utmost to offer all our customers a superb service. All we ask in return is manners, kindness and respect. Which doesn’t cost anything.
Everything about this place is just aweful. The owner especially. Just rude. I ask "can i have some change please" she finishes what shes doing and shouts "yeah!" Back. An automated place would actually be better as then you wouldnt have to deal with her. Just put a change machine in there already! Also the flippant times at which they open. Its 7 normally then for no reason its "were closing at 6 today". After my stuff has washed and then needed to dry. You can come back tomorrow. "But the clothes will be moldy, are you gonna do a free wash?" "Argh fine use the drier" "we cant go to ikea now!" Went yesterday to finsld a note just saying closed today. Even tho it was the tuesday after easter! Walked all my washing there. 2 ikea bags full of stuff just to see its closed on a regular tuesday. This literally happened. They were gonna close an hour early to do a home shop. Terrible business acumen.

A fantastic laundrette offering a great service. We used this laundrette for 15 years. Mr and Mrs Alvi go above and beyond for their customers.
Poor customer service by the worker Anitta. Very rude, abrupt and a bully. She says she's the boss and to go elsewhere if you don't like it. I hope the owner see's this and takes some action in improving things.
Great place to be. The couple who run this business are excellent friendly and always put customers first. Also their assistant great with helping the customers with their requirements as well as being friendly and professional. Great team would not go anywhere else.
Always been a great laundrette, I would’ve expected the prices to have increased more but for two loads no towels it’s around £4. Which isn’t too bad given how high running costs in businesses are. Great prices and a friendly face to help you :.
Not a good laundry. The pakistan lady always has an attitude, when trying to select "hot water" option in my machine, i've come to find that it was changed to cold water after leaving while the clothes washed, stains did not come out. She also tries to shoo you away while the clothes are washing, and that was when i realized she changed it from hot water to cold. when i asked why she did it, she said "no it didnt change" She probably id it to save money on gas bill. Go to another laundry down the road
