Been coming here for years management has switched over a number of times and owners as well but as of up to current date this place is open usually past midnight and even though the lady who governs the place every night has to put up with alot sometimes and can come off a little grouchy but that's just her personality she's a nice person.
Absolutely diplorable. Filty!!! The majority of the machines do not work. There are no laundry carts, nowhere to hang your delicates, broken down filthy machines, machines that eat your money, and no tendant or contact number for help. Please do not eat anything from the vending machines they are blasted by sunlight daily. Be prepared to spend all day here as the dryers do nkt dry your clothes, $4.00 to dry one load, and it was still damp.
I had an odd 1st experience.. my impression visually not pleasant.. needs TLC for sure.. and the fact that almost every working machine was taken over by homeless drug addicts. I'm not sure who or what her name is but the women who works there.. made the entire time I was there such a pleasant time. There was 1 machine left and she called from the very back of the laundrymat as soon as I stepped in the door and made her way to the front to take me right to it. And made sure that washer wasn't taken while I got the rest of my things.
It can be inconsistent. Aside from the worker smoking right in front of the back door and having the smoke blow directly inside, she did let me use the terrifying bathroom. I don't appreciate the dryers not being locked during the cycle as they do at a lot of other places; so some jerk opened my door and didn't bother to push the start button again so my clothes were still damp by the time I had came back to get them. It didn't look like they went through them to steal them either so it was just an ahole thing to do I guess, which is preventable by locking the dryers during their cycle.
It is actually 0 stars, but it didn't give me that option. A woman was smoking at the back door, and the laundromat smelled like smoke. I asked if the door could be closed, but I was ignored. When I walked closer to the door, she said "I'm not closing this door" I told her the smell of smoke is coming into the place. We exchanged some unkind words, and in that time, she stated that she worked there. Not being able to stand the smell, I grabbed my clothes and left. That will be the last time I ever go there.
I have diabetes, no washroom available here anymore Most of your washers are out of order and it smells like pee in here
I just had the most wonderful laundry experience here. I had to wash my drop sheets from work. The machines worked great at the back heavy-duty and large. You got a lot more done washing it here that doing it at home. The place was kept clean the whole time I was there. The lady who works there named is Nancy she was very helpful I didn't know how much the machines cost or where to put the laundry detergent she saw I had my beautiful daughter with me and she gave her a package of goldfish! She helped make it fun for my daughter. We had a great conversation and then when I was folding up my drop sheets she actually pitched in and helped me out always nice to fold a sheet with somebody else! Thank you very much Nancy it was nice to meet you
Unethical place and owner. Do not come here without tons of quarters. Disappointing visit. Change machine eats toonies and loonies, and does not give change. Wash machines take only quarters therefore customers have no choice but to use change machine. Saw two other customers lose their toonies swallowed into machine. Email address is posted to contact if any problems but owner does not reply. This place cheats you out of your money. Very unethical business practice to cheat customers...wonder how much "free" money owner has made and not reported to CRA and not refunded to customers. I will be reporting this business to Better Business Bureau
This place is a dump most machine are broken and there’s a stench. I asked to use the washroom and a lady with no teeth was rude and told me to go elsewhere to use the washroom. Definitely a dump. If my wash wasn’t already in the machine I would of left. Disgusting place and smells nasty too with nasty staff
I used to go here many years ago and it used to be the nicest laundromat with an arcade and it was bright and clean. I went today and was extremely underwhelmed. Half the machines were out of order and just seemed dark and dingy. What a shame it has gone so downhill . I would fine zero stars if I could !!!!NegativeQuality
