Excellent Customer Service. Having not used a Launderette for Decades, visiting London & needed to wash some clothes, helped and given excellent assistance from Sherehan. Coin operated machines & dryers, however they also take card payments and exchange the payment for coins. £6 for the small machines + £1 for detergent. The small is actually like a large domestic washing machine size wise. The wash takes around 32 minutes and you can purchase a nice selection of Hot drinks whilst you wait. Conveniently located with 08:00 am openings 7 days a week including Sundays. They close at 7pm Mondays through to Saturdays, with a 6pm closing time for Sunday's. They even have a couple of small Chairs outside for your convenience whilst you wait. Well worth it considering the convenient location & decent opening hou Whenever I'm back in London & need to use a washing machine this will be my go to place. Many thanks again.
We are vacationing in the UK for 10 days and needed a place to wash our clothes midway through the trip. This place is a gem! The employee there was very helpful in getting our paper money converted into coins and charging us what we lacked on our card. Between my husband and I, we were able to do just one wash and dryer load for all of our clothes after 6 days of travel. Altogether, we spent £ 12 and waited about an hour.
Was in town for business and needed to do a quick wash. Came down here and the owner was super friendly and helpful, allowing me to pay with a card in exchange for coins, which saved me a ton of time. I told him I get shy asking questions and he said, "No, don't be shy, we are all family! Everyone wants clean clothes!" Highly recommend.
They were wonderful!! Only place we could find that would do same day service. Clothes were cleaned, folded and ready when promised! Price was very reasonable! Staff was very friendly! Next time we're in London, we'll definitely be using them again!
Just in the area overnight. Didn’t have any cash. Owner/employee/attendant was most helpful in showing how to use the machines, and had no problem allowing me to use my credit card to get coins for the machines. Even gave me a tide pod. £11 pounds for a reasonable size load both washed and dried. Spent the ~ thirty minutes in between each cycle at the pub next door.
Good machines and they are so helpful. I was given everything I needed for three loads including color catchers and able to pay by card. Could not be happier with the service at Pimlico Launderette!!
A seamless and GREAT experience. Ayman could not have been more friendly or helpful. We did 10 days’ worth of laundry in just over an hour, all with Ayman’s guidance. Plus there’s a pub next door and we stopped in for a pint while we waited.
It has been a very good experience, I was doing my EuroTrip and I had a previous awful laundry situation in Amsterdam, so I arrived London searching a place close to the Victoria’s station, the staff helped me a lot, he was very attentive and explained me everything so I had the chance to wash and dry my own clothes. Is very good located and is super fast! I’ve spend about one hour in total I was very helpfull. 5 stars.
Nice. I was there on a Friday morning. It wasn’t too busy when I arrived, busy when I was finished9:15 am Dryer works well. 20 minutes on high will dry a full load
We did a big suitcase full of laundry from 3 weeks of traveling. The attendant was helpful and friendly and the machines are fast. Highly recommend.
