I have come to write a review for the fact I've had really poor customer service experiences with 2 supposed managers here both at different times. Once to report faulty equipment dropping on my foot because it was not secure the other to report my lost property being found on equipment that when I asked it appears the equipment had not been regularly checked to ensure the right parts were on therefore it became part of the furniture because the equipment had already broken its part. Adding to this I was initially told a manger was not around to then being told he is there...I look forward to following this up with senior management Dan who will hopefully be more helpful...
I have just joined the Erith gym and its brilliant!! Great variety of equipment and good schedule of fitness classes. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Gym always kept clean and tidy. Very reasonable monthly price. I’m glad I joined.
I’ve been going to the gym since it’s open on and off but every time I return back I’ll get a good will come back from the staff every time I go I make new friends and they’re so helpful. The staff remembers me I love my local Gym , it’s my second home.
Staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. Very welcoming environment and always clean and tidy. Once you've signed up, you are contacted after 2 weeks to see how you're settling in which is really nice and the staff always make an effort to welcome you and help you if you need it.
Great Gym, such amazing value for the membership! Classes are fun, equipment is good, atmosphere is nice and it doesn't get too busy, as the machines are all quickly available!
I recently visited this branch on the weekend and I’ve been throughly impressed with the quality of equipment and cleanliness. This gym boasts an amazing atmosphere with an extensive array of machines and free weights making it easy to complement my workout. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It’s a decent size gym and overall a fantastic place to pursue your fitness goals. Wish it was my local gym!
Nice gym, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Usually busy however it isn't that bad. Plenty of classes on the app that you coud sign up for a session each day.
I never went to gym in mine life, but after I came to try in this one, I loved and stayed , because trainers so kind and groups, they inspired me to join.
I’ve been working out in this gym from 18 months now and I can say this is the best gym I’ve been to. All the classes, machines and staff are so good and helpful.
Pele does the best classes i have ever seen in any gym of my life this is my first gym
