First rate staff; customer service in this shop is second to none! Had an issue with a pair of trainers; returned to shop and they dealt with my issue in a very courteous manner and very professionally too. Special mention fro Erin in Buchanan st store.
I visited this store on a Saturday so it was really busy, but despite this the customer service was excellent. I was looking for anything in a size 13 and the member of staff was able to show me what they had in stock in a size 13 in all styles, on a screen in the store - which I thought was pure genius why don't all stores have this!. It's difficult to find shoes when you have size 13 feet, so this was excellent. They didn't have what I needed but the customer service was great, and the person was very helpful in finding out what they had in stock.
Was in this stores this morning top marks to the 2 girls Thank you so much nothing was a bother to them Congratulations your customer service is above and beyond I will certainly enjoy my trip to Santorini.

Went yesterday, staff were lovely! Very kind and friendly, shop was clean and tidy. Mostly just leaving this review because there was a girl called Elle unsure of spelling and I think she was training or is new but she was very lovely! Very helpful, and so was the woman helping her :

Leanna was an amazing help yesterday during my visit at Schuh. She helped me find a pair of shoes and offered multiple options after the initial pair I went in to get did not suit me properly! She was great.
Just ordered two pairs of chunky heels, one for fun and one for everyday. Service was great, Erin was an absolute gem helping me find the right shoes to fit my vibe. Efficient but not rushed
Josh was extremely easy to work with, listened to me rant on about university and helped me find the appropriate sized shoes, I would recommend the store for its open and warm environment, easy to navigate organisation but mainly for the friendliness of josh and other staff members. They still offer student discount also which was a tremendous plus.
