I feel like I've done a tour of all major gyms in the area the last few years, but I am more than happy to stay here now. A great gym, not to expensive and welcoming. I struggle with my hearing so doing group classes has always been hard for me. But I am now a regular at vibe classes here. The instructors are really good and I follow their hand movements and i am doing fine.

Just recently joined this gym and think it's great. All staff are really friendly and go the extra mile to help you get the best out of your sessions. Facilities and equipment are top class and everywhere spotlessly clean. Great place 👍

Great atmosphere, always renewing equipment. Essentially there are 4 floors or different sections of the gym. 1.Ground floor has many different rooms for differing classes eg spinning and at least 20 other types of class (free to over 60s) 2. Main gym floor for cardio machines and also weight machines. 3. A slightly lower floor for benches, free weights and cable and Smith's Machine. At the opposite end of the gym is a room for groundwork. 4. The Heavy part of the gym where there are free weights, larger machines, bench press areas and full body workout areas. I've attended many gyms and along with the friendly staff with whom you can book tuition and will write a programme for your expressed needs, find it the best I have been to.
