I needed the receptionist to call the police urgently on Sunday morning after an incident. She refused as she said she was buisy.

Staff are extremely friendly, polite, well mannered and very professional.nThe venue is nicely lated out, 2 pools inside which are great. Changing rooms are clean.nBeen bring my son for swimming lessons and I'd definitely recommend to other.

We took our Grandson for his swimming lesson, first time for quiet a while. We took him swim ready, however when we went into the changing rooms to get changed we witnessed what can only be described as filthy conditions. Floors were filthy, place smelled of urine, couldn't wait to get him out. I'm sure they didn't meet health and safety standards. Do they clean throughout the day? Are they checked at all? Very disappointed.
