Decent gym for the price, few improvements could be made and implement a couple of new machines However the helpful staff on the reception desk make this a fun friendly atmosphere.

Only just started here at Simply Gym after a 19 year break from weight training and exercise. So far the staff seem to be approachable and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is pretty upbeat with lots of mixed ability people you are either hard core training or people who have never set foot in a gym before and just getting on with it. Nobody seems to be intimidated from what I've seen so far, which is good I think. Let's hope it stay's that way.
