I attended training at Harley Street Laser Specialist last week and was initially encouraged to write a review before leaving the course. After some thought, I have to be honest: I wouldn’t return. The training was far below my expectations. According to the course description online, the training is supposed to be a full-day session, including both theory and practical training on clients. The description also mentions that all aspects of the treatments would be discussed, including indications and contraindications, with the day divided between theory and hands-on practice. However, our training started at 11:00 AM and ended by 12:30 PM, which was nowhere near enough time to cover everything in depth. I don’t feel that the training provided matched the course specifications at all. I also purchased the machine, but it seems quite generic, with nothing special about it except the Harley Street sticker. The products were also disappointing; at best, they achieved only a two-shade improvement in teeth whitening. I’ve since ordered from another company, hoping for better results. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially given the clinic’s renowned reputation. The customer service was equally poor. The woman who initially booked my course was rude over the phone, and I had to repeatedly ask for a confirmation of booking because the price wasn’t detailed. Although the young lady who conducted the training was friendly, the course itself was not worth the investment. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking high-quality training with practical learning. This course simply did not deliver.
I had a training course with Tia and she was absolutely awesome, she was so helpful and made me super comfortable - I asked a million questions! Left feeling really motivated, thank you all again!

Just completed a 6 session laser hair removal package , the results are insane! I stopped shaving the past 4 months now. My skin feels super smooth thank you for your welcoming company the Harley team , especially my practitioner Berfin! They got good offers all the time recommend it to everyone honestly.
I went for a full body laser hair removal and it has been 5 months now since i started. The results are amazing. Big shout out to Berfin for doing a great job
SCAMMERS! Beware. I write this second review again as they’ve had my original review deleted. This company are con artists. We purchased a FAULTY teeth whiting machine from this company. We had to send it back in 2 occasions due to there being an electrical fault. This has resulted in my partner losing thousands of pounds due to cancelled bookings. They’ve now had the machine for close to 2 months as it’s been with their “technicians”. They have not updated us on the repair for weeks on end and since requested we pay £200 for them to fix a dodgy machine they’ve sold to us. We have asked over 20 times for a full refund or new machine to be sent. As they’ve clearly sold us a fault machine. But there staff are too brain dead to understand what that means. This is the most unprofessional company I have come across. The Management do not take calls and you can only speak to management via WhatsApp chat. Red flag Not to mentioned there service says “same day certificate” after training and we have to wait about 5 weeks for the certificate to arrive. This is when I started to realised we had gone with the wrong company. Everything they advised in terms of their service is false.and as a result, we will now be taking this company to court. STAY CLEAR!!!!!
I have been doing a series of microneedling and laser hair removal appointments here. I am very happy with the results so far and found that they offered some of the best prices in London. Everyone has been very professional and Farah, who I have done most of the treatments with, has been especially good and happy to answer any questions you have and explain the treatment process
WARNING TO EVERYONE!! Don't go here to get anything done. I'm a regular customer with paid in advance treatments booked and have been coming here for years. I contracted covid on the day of my appointment and had no choice but to cancel my appointment so as not to risk therapists or other customers. I emailed in proof of my illness and explained fully what had happened and that it was unavoidable. They charged me missed appointment fee despite this and said that I should have given notice. If you test positive for covid on day of appointment, how can you give notice!! I emailed Claudio and Adam who are most senior at the clinic. Clearly they don't value the health of their customers or staff. So if anyone gets ill regardless of the reason they want you to still go to your appointment!! So anyone who visits here is at serious risk of getting ill as most people would still go to their appointment to avoid the fine and not care whether they are contagious. I will not be returning here and will take my business elsewhere that has a better care and consideration for customers and staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
