Products are lovely. But I will give one star because of packaging. The huge box my small little product was delivered in was absolutely ridiculous. Given it was flask only it could have housed 4 of same items. In the times when consumers are being slammed with never ending cost increase and made to feel guilty about every little thing we use on this planet.. when will big companies start taking responsibility with the overuse of plastic/cardboard???
Purchased an item 6 weeks ago took 3 weeks to arrive!!, had to pay £6 to return item as not allowed to return to shop, item received at warehouse on 30th July and as of today 11th of August still no refund have contacted Customer Service who read from a script and can not process or won’t even check the status until 14 Working days 3 weeks AFTER they have received the item In today’s financial climate this is totally unacceptable to treat customers in this way , all other online purchases are processed quickly and efficiently. This company makes millions of pounds and treat customers very poorly and with contempt. Management need to improve their treatment of the people who put food on their table, I live 40 minutes from the factory and I shall save my hard earned money for a company that years it’s customer base better
Products are nice but expensive. Poor customer service. One item was missing from my order, another was cracked. Contacted CS through the website. No one answers the phone. Still no reply after 10 days. Finally get through on the phone. They offer to refund the missing and broken item as though they are doing me a favour! Never mind it’s the bare minimum as the items are discontinued now. In future I’ll buy Emma Bridgewater products from somewhere that actually cares about customer satisfaction.
Returned item four weeks ago. No response to repeated emails and customer service line does not answer. Refund was paid but was not informed. Shame as good quality product just need to work on this area.
For anyone out there: !!!!This is not a store anymore!!!!
